We are looking for a Site Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Wincanton, on our defence site in Blackburn.
Due to the nature of the contract, S uccessful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance which includes providing 5 consecutive years of UK residence and employment/education history.

Day to Day
* Provide administrative support to operations management
* Organising and facilitating new staff inductions - including diary management of Induction leads, induction forms, new starter boxes, KRONOS setup etc
* Control and management of personnel files, to include creation and archiving as required, ensuring GDPR is always maintained
* Complete ownership of the communication boards throughout all sites
* Monitor performance, sickness, lateness, and absence of team members and liaise with relevant Team manager regarding action taken
* Managing and controlling the meeting rooms and hot desks in the DLC
* Supporting with note taking activities in meetings
* Management of uniform and PPE ordering and distribution
* To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the operation
