We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community in and around Greater Manchester.
Shifts include Mornings, Lates, Nights, Sleep-Ins and 24hr shifts - there may also be a requirement to provide office based cover. You will also need to work alternate weekends and have a flexible approach to work. Both Part-time and Full-time hours are available.
About the Service
The overall aim of our service is to promote greater independence, by enhancing life skills in areas such as problem solving, budgeting and home management.
Our clients have a range of complex Mental Health and/or substance misuse needs. You'll be making a real difference by empowering clients to review choices and behaviours and make positive changes to their lifestyle and to integrate with the local community and wider support services.

Requirements
1. The ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.
2. You will be required to administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks and provide support to clients through the day or night when required.
3. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines. This role includes observing, monitoring and recording client information, providing support.
4. Experience with Mental Health, Autism and substance misuse is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided and we will support you through your Health and Social Care qualifications.
