Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Support: Partner with business leaders to support the Head of HR with the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and coaching to employees.
