Description Hapag-Lloyd has strong inland growth ambitions, aiming to increase our inland share significantly as part of our Strategy 2030. To support this, we have introduced the new inland delivery concept to enhance our inland operations and services. This role is focused on supporting the Carrier Haulage Supplier Billing process, supporting the other inland transport planners and cooperating effectively with colleagues in other areas of the business to increase internal efficiencies and provide significantly improved service quality. Responsibilities Support the IDT team with Carrier haulage supplier billing process. Support the creation of purchase orders for Carrier haulage movements and any linked additional charges. Analyze invoices and identify the cost differences between initial work orders and final invoices. Handle on-carriage activities before the vessel arrival including arranging any storage and any linked storage charges. Contact colleagues and customers via e-mail and phone when additional information is needed for inland activities of CH shipments. Assist and support IDT team members to Investigate and problem solve for complex CH shipments. Support the resolution of disputes relating to inland costs and invoices. Support the IDT team with daily administrative processes Qualifications A commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills.
