Gaucho Restaurants are looking for a Property & Compliance Administrator to join our Property team!
For this role we would ideally be looking for someone from a hospitality or facilities background with general knowledge of Heath & Safety and property works. Previous experience using Pronett would also be advantageous.
This would be a remote working role but will need to have good access to our restaurants for site meetings. The role will report into the Property & Estates Manager and would be joining an incredible property team.
Key Responsibilities in the role
* Coordinate and schedule Planned Maintenance Visits (PMVs), ensuring all certificates are up to date across the estate.
* Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager, General Managers, and Restaurant Directors to ensure accurate compliance reporting.
* Assist Health & Safety Manager with administrative tasks relating to Food Alert, and associated documentation
* Arrange site access for planned and reactive maintenance work, gathering necessary information from contractors to facilitate permit requests.
* Review PMV reports and initiate quote requests for any required remedial work or recommendations, escalating high-priority or urgent items to Property & Estate Managers.
* Maintain Pronett system by ensuring all job updates are accurately recorded.
* Add new contractors to the system and serve as the primary point of contact for any contractor-related inquiries regarding Pronett.
* Ensure all jobs on Pronett are scheduled with accurate due dates, and proactively follow up with contractors for dates on return visits.
* Chase contractors for outstanding quote requests.
* Communicate procedural updates and new contractor information to all site contacts.
* Work and communicate out to all restaurants about OOHs support.
* Provide general administrative support as required.
* Attend site meetings as and when required (GMs/RDs & Property team)
