As a key driver of One Model’s next stage of growth, you’ll own the sales cycle, hunting for new business and closing deals with large enterprises and fast-growing companies. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll have the autonomy to build and expand our presence in the region.

Responsibilities
* Prospect, qualify and work new sales opportunities with a 4x funnel target
* Manage relationships with multiple influencers (technical individuals, business leaders, procurement, IT/security, and C-level executives) in a complex sale to close new deals
* Identify and understand prospects' challenges and requirements and map them to value and features of One Model
* Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates through CRM and team/management discussions
* Use new technologies and creative tactics to communicate with prospects
* Keep updated on trends and issues in HR technologies and people analytics
* Share expertise and best practices with colleagues
* Provide feedback to colleagues in product management and marketing to continually enhance our products and create value for our customers
About You
* 5+ years selling in a business-to-business (B2B) environment to large enterprises in Europe
* Successful track record of hunting for new business, and closing deals with multiple influencers
* Entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition, account management
* Experience with Hubspot (or other CRM), and other sales productivity tools required
* A problem solver with the ability to proactively multitask & manage multiple customer accounts
* Experience selling an HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solution an asset
* Existing relationships in target market and personas an asset (large enterprise HR leaders and people analytics teams)
* Experience in a formal sales methodology such as Solution Selling, SPIN or other an asset
* Living in or around London with the ability to travel within Europe for customer meetings and regional events (up to 25%), as required
* Growth-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor
