If you have a great eye for detail and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you Key Tasks Driving high quality product and packaging standards Ongoing compliance checks for all finished products, raw materials, packaging, artwork and sleeves Gas, pH, packaging and label checks Weight and component composition checks Sensory testing of raw material and finished product Chemical & Micro analysis preparation in accordance with a defined schedule Assist with any required corrective actions within the factory following non-conformances Complete allergen compliance checks Complete CCP & production compliance checks Routine tasks such as Environmental swabbing, water testing and airplate samples Supervise the end of AM shift clean where necessary Organise and facilitate product sensory panels Temperature monitoring of areas and products Carry out plaster reconciliation Calibration of all CCP measuring equipment Attend any relevant Daily, Weekly & Monthly Meetings. Communicate effectively across departments so non-conformance can be identified quickly and corrected promptly Undertake compliance auditing to ensure products meet all safety, legal & quality standards to minimise customer complaints, product recall and product withdrawal Undertake compliance auditing to demonstrate the site HACCP plan is effective through adherence to all CPP’s To be aware of and comply with all fire safety procedures, including maintaining clear fire exists and escape routes. Minimise environmental impact by ensuring company procedures are adhered to regarding waste disposal Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate and consistent with role status and abilities of individuals as the Company may require. Person Specification Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
