We are recruiting for a Service Desk Administrator to support 500+ people with all software used by the firm, including Accountancy, Tax, Practice management, Document management software, as well as Microsoft office applications, by answering and logging calls in a prompt, professional manner, resolving problems where possible and escalating where required to 2nd Line Helpdesk Support.
To ensure provision of a high-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and Partners whilst ensuring Kreston Reeves policies, procedures and values are met.
We provide a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home) following your successful integration into the company. Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30.
About the role
As Service Desk Administrator, you will be supporting with:
* Answering all Helpdesk Support calls
* Logging all calls within the Helpdesk software
* Excellent communication skills
* Setting up a new user
* Deleting a user
* Working efficiently
* Being polite
* Being flexible
* Completing core work unsupervised
* Developing technical expertise
* Adding/removing users to software
* Remote Support
Key Relationships:
* Works in close collaboration with Service team members
* Works in close collaboration with IT Operations Manager
What we're looking for
* 1st Line Helpdesk Support experience
* High-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and Partners
* Experience using Microsoft
* Experience using Citrix is desirable
This role requires occasional travel to our other offices (London, Chatham, Sandwich, Horsham, Chichester and Brighton) so candidates must be willing to travel.
