Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi VA is a 3-16 Church in Wales school that serves the historic city of St Davids and surrounding areas. Based in the picturesque surroundings of the Pembrokeshire National Park, the school is a caring, inclusive and welcoming environment where pupils and staff are proud of the Christian and community ethos.
The school has strong links with the local community where there are extensive opportunities for sports, outdoor pursuits and social and cultural activities. YPDVA has an outstanding tradition and reputation for inclusive curricular and extra-curricular participation and achievement with amongst the best outcomes in the county and beyond.
Required for September 2025, full time, the school is looking to appoint a forward thinking and innovative practitioner who is passionate about their subject with a proven track record of leadership. The ability to teach PE throughout our all age school up to and including GCSE is essential. The ability to offer a second subject would be an advantage. Applications are most welcome and encouraged from both primary and secondary trained teachers.
