About the Role
You will be a valued member of the team through our comprehensive training and induction programme. The Emergency Department has a welcoming and diverse team.
Applications are invited from unregistered staff with experience in the acute setting. A positive outlook, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others are essential.
The work can be challenging; however, staff will develop both professionally and personally. We have a culture of excellence, patient care, and staff development. You will be exposed to various specialties including Paediatrics, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Medical, and Surgical.
We offer a tailored 2-week induction programme and protected supernumerary time for a minimum of 3 weeks to ensure you are confident in your role. We have an in-house practice facilitator to help you achieve your learning goals.

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week with a range of shift patterns. Please check this at your interview.
