Creating innovations that help consumers achieve their lifestyle and oral health ambitions based on deep understanding of people’s needs & aspirations and insights of dental professionals. Most of all working with an amazing team that is passionate about our products.
Your role:
* Formulating marketing objectives by leveraging deep insights into the Consumer Experience Journey, aligning team efforts with strategic business goals.
* Developing and directing a global integrated innovation and communication roadmap, overseeing product launches and commercial readiness, and championing consistent execution across categories to enhance consumer engagement.
* Collaborating with finance and regional leaders to manage P&L of portfolio, devise effective pricing strategies, and ensure local market relevance of global initiatives.
* Evaluating business performance through in-market analysis, collaborating with Consumer and Commercial analytics teams to track business growth, market share, and brand strength, and coaching team members on optimizing plans and improving future outcomes.
* Building a culture of continuous learning and development, providing feedback, facilitating professional growth opportunities, and ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet both current and future business challenges.
You're the right fit if:
* 10-15+ years of experience in strategic leadership within Brand Management or Product Marketing Management roles with direct oversight of diverse product portfolios.
* Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* Visionary mindset with proven ability to recognize consumer/professional trends, develop strategic approaches, and align resources to delivery to plan.
* Excellence in building high-performance teams that exhibit deep collaboration, challenge norms, and exude passion for the business.
* Proven ability to lead teams and build cross-functional engagement across the product management value stream in a highly matrixed organization (e.g., R&D, Legal, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).
