Reporting into the Branch Manager, you will be pivotal in the team delivering recruitment solutions for a number of Schools and Colleges. Your focus will be around providing general recruitment-based administration support including:
* General administration duties
* Resolving queries effectively
* Dealing with timesheets
* Resourcing new candidates
* Managing social media accounts
* Conducting mail shots
* Producing management information using Excel and PowerPoint
* Maintenance of all systems and records, in a timely and accurate manner
Recruitment coordination/admin experience would be a distinct advantage in this role. However, we will also consider candidates with strong administration experience. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must for this role, and you must also be confident in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
Basic Salary: Dependant on experience
