Purpose of the job
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition as part of the HR team to add value to the continued success of HH Global by providing effective advice and support across the region, to enable our teams to attract and hire the best talent.
As Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for leading activities to support with the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy as part of the overall People Strategy.
Please note that this is a 13 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition with the implementation of the project plan as part of the talent acquisition strategy
2. Provide proactive, best practise advice on day-to-day initial queries from the HR operations team, wider business and strategic business partners. Escalate/re-direct queries as necessary
3. When needed, support Hiring Manager’s with ensuring job descriptions accurately represent the job responsibilities required and are legally compliant
4. Ownership of the of the job advertisements to be posted to specialist job boards maximising the effect of these in line with our brand and promote the opportunities available
5. Lead on the creation and validation of weekly and monthly MI reports for the region, via our ATS, on all talent activity
6. Track and monitor progress of vacancies and offers across the region, to ensure any challenges are identified and escalated swiftly
7. On occasion, supporting Hiring Managers on specialist recruitment projects where expertise is required
8. Provide support and where appropriate lead on various projects to focus on employee value proposition, external brand awareness and other related projects
9. Maintain and update the ATS system and make recommendations for improvements working with the vendor to deliver those improvements in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills + Experience
11. Previous advisor, coordination or support experience within a talent acquisition, recruitment or a resourcing role would be ideal, we are seeking someone who is process driven with the ability to think creatively
12. Able to build strong working relationships with internal stake holders and external partners
13. Self-motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize and work accurately
14. Able to build strong working relationships and gain respect of all levels of employee

22. PC literate, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HR databases
