Technical Sales Support and Administration
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Support and Administration professional to join our team. This is not your typical desk job — we provide hands-on exposure across multiple areas of our business, allowing you to gain valuable skills and grow your career. Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from purchase to delivery. Coordinate with our warehouse and sales team to fulfill orders efficiently.
* Installation Support: Assist our technical team with installation-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology. Troubleshoot and provide support to clients during the installation process, fostering direct engagement and problem-solving skills.
* Customer Meetings: Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide valuable insights into our products. Learn effective communication strategies to relay technical information and build strong client relationships.
* Logistics Handling: Oversee logistical operations, including restocking products, arranging deliveries, and tracking inventory. Collaborate with our supply chain team to optimize delivery schedules and maintain seamless stock management.
Hours per Week: 37.5 Hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)
Salary: £21,600 - £25,200 per annum, £1,800 - £2,100 per month
