Brief Description
The Work Data Clerk accurately updates systems, databases and records as required. They provide support to the delivery unit in the management and quality of data.
This is a secondment / fixed term position until 31st March 2025.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities
1. Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
2. Provide support and assistance to Section Planners and Section Administrators as required.
3. Undertake checks on data quality in the delivery unit as required.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports and information on data quality.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
* Knowledge of relevant Company IT systems
* Good communication and organisation skills
Desirable
* Knowledge of works planning and scheduling
* Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques
* Knowledge of operational railway environment

This is a fixed term position until 31st March 2025.
Grade: Band 6
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000
