Director & Head of Property Management - Estama

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Procurement Manager at Estama, located in Glasgow or one of our other offices in London / Manchester with some work from home flexibility. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, analytical skills, procurement, and contract management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Property Management team in preparing, writing, and tendering of service contracts
2. Supporting the Property Management team in the price negotiation of new contracts
3. Managing the onboarding and offboarding of service partners and contractors
4. Supporting the Property Management team in the management of service partners compliance with contractual KPIs
5. Holding regular KPI review meetings with service partners in support of the facilities management team
6. Managing the termination and documentation of contractors
7. Supporting in the sourcing of new service partners and contractors
8. Supporting in the onboarding of new properties
9. Maintaining the approved supplier list and contractor verification process (Prosure360)
10. Maintaining service contract library / records
11. Supporting in the review of contract specifications
12. Supporting in the management of tendering for new property & asset management contracts
Qualifications
1. Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation skills
2. Analytical Skills
3. Procurement and Contract Management expertise
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
5. Experience in commercial asset and property management
6. Ability to work collaboratively and independently
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
