JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service
2. Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
3. Uphold operating standards and drive Guest safety and satisfaction
4. Ensure all Guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently
5. Manage the operational duties of their department
6. Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks

8. Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue
What We’re Looking For
9. 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
10. High school diploma or equivalent
11. Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
12. Ability to work on a team
13. Energy and enthusiasm
14. A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
15. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
16. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
17. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
18. Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location

24. Salary Range £31,000 - £34,000 + up to 10% bonus
