PA/Administrator – Wimbledon
* Predominantly Remote
* £40,000 to £50,000 per year

The role of PA / Administrator:
* Work as point of contact between the IT provider and Client to resolve any technical issues.
* Microsoft Tasks ("To Do") is used to coordinate tasks across Business and Personal domains.
* Manage SharePoint for all entities and ensure consistency of filing protocol.
* Monitor emails and notify of any priority emails and deal with any emails as required.
* Manage calendar ensuring all key dates are entered with no conflicts.
* Manage contacts and ensure all new relationships are added or updated as required.
* Draft or compose personal correspondence including transcribe dictation when required.
* Manage personal tax filing with accountants.
* Manage all passwords for online accounts and ensure records are up to date in spreadsheet and contacts.
* Download son's school reports and update comparison spreadsheet.
* Keep 'care schedule' up to date.
* Keep Blood test comparison spreadsheet up to date.
* Manage hotel bookings (e.g., Hong Kong Sevens).
* Manage hotel bookings in Eastbourne Grand Hotel (school visits).
* Book and manage annual Christmas party event for Friends.
* Book trips (air & car transport) - principally Portugal.
* Book and manage ad hoc events for Client and friends.
Management of Trust - Administrating:
* Documents saved to SharePoint management of SharePoint Files.
* QNUPS.
* Offshore pension fund administered by Cavendish Guernsey.
* Portfolio of marketable securities managed by Investec.
* Investec portal for information purposes.
* Investment returns reviewed with directors monthly from schedule utilising information from Investec.
* Living expenses.
* Monthly/yearly budget and cashflow prepared.
* Actual compared to Budget and variances discussed.
* Cashflow monitored and requests made from Investment funds as required.
* Administration of DD.
* Administration of School fees.
* Administration of family maintenance payments.
* Administration of all personal payments (car, ad hoc requested payments).
Private rental property - Apartment Belgravia (due to be sold):
* Liaison with rental and sale agents.
* Liaison with legal on sale.
Private Foreign Property:
* Administration of costs and services for private Portuguese property.
* Liaise with Portuguese managing agents.
