What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading on overall day to day management of SLA Online in its entirety
2. Leading on setting up all SLA products and services for annual product refresh
3. Leading on a biennial rollover of existing SLAs
4. Providing analytical support for the business working with both qualitative and quantitative data
5. Managing creation of new accounts, especially from maintained settings to academy settings
6. Supporting business with marketing and sales campaigns
7. Contributing to business improvement by reviewing, suggesting, and implementing change to the SLA Online system and process
What we’re looking for:
8. Good IT skills ideally in Word, Excel, and Outlook
9. Good communication skills
10. Education sector background but not essential
11. Ability to learn and use bespoke IT systems i.e., SLA Online
12. Flexible with the demands of the team and overall business
13. Have data administration skills to understand how to access and manage data required to support the business and its analytical requirements on a day-to-day basis
