A fantastic opportunity for a sales administrator to join a forward-thinking business where there is no shortage of passion and is rapidly growing. Supplying to commercial businesses for specialist projects, this role will see you working within a team of 4 as part of a wider team in a modern office.
Key duties of this sales administrator role include:
1. Delivering exceptional customer services, engaging with customers, building rapport with clients, and providing product guidance.
2. Processing orders via ERP package.
3. Responding to client enquiries via telephone, email, and other means.
4. Overseeing sample inventory and coordinating their timely dispatch.
5. Preparation of quotes to clients in support of the sales team.
The sales administrator joining this team would hold experience in:
1. Working as a sales administrator or within a customer service position in a supplier-based environment.
2. Excellent Microsoft experience; ERP system experience would be beneficial.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. A team-oriented individual who enjoys being a valued team member.
