Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the team with all aspects of practice functionality to include patient services, optimising efficiency, CQC compliance, premises, health & safety management and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.

5. Experience of workforce planning, forecasting and development
6. Experience of chairing meetings, producing agendas and minutes
7. Relevant health and safety experience
