Our Finance Team is a core function, managing a wide range of responsibilities including financial accounting, management accounting, finance business partnering, credit control, tax, treasury and payroll. Reporting to the Commercial Financial Controller, you will prepare management accounts for BES Group and other acquisition companies in the group. This includes reporting on performance and analysis to support the Management Accounts functions and maximise gross profit. As well as being an Excel expert and offering unrivalled numerical and analytical skills, you will also communicate confidently and effectively as you will be working with a variety of amazing people from across our business. The scope of this role will grow over time as you develop your skills and experience. You will: Assist the Commercial Financial Controller and Management Accountants with preparation of monthly management accounts Review and analyse divisional costs to support accuracy of accounts, including providing accurate commentary and investigation into variances. Support the month-end revenue process, including invoice reconciliation and accruals. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems You will also be studying for a Professional Accounting Qualification.
