Job Title: Sales & Delivery Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Salary: £25,000

Sales & Delivery Administrator Opportunity
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Delivery Teams.
Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Sales & Delivery Administrator Duties
1. Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers.
2. Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary.
3. Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments.
4. Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues.
5. Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules.
6. Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office).
8. Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site.
Sales & Delivery Administrator Skills/Experience Required
1. Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills.
2. High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
5. Strong administrative background.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
