The role: You will provide effective leadership of wellbeing and safeguarding for learners across all campuses. You will engage the full range of statutory, professional and voluntary services external to the College, to support the ongoing needs of individual learners, liaising with both Curriculum and Learning Support Teams to ensure that a joined-up approach is adopted. 37 Hours Per Week Permanent £50,320 Per Annum Swansea Key Responsibilities: To be the deputy designated person responsible for safe-guarding and to lead and develop a team for safe-guarding. Act as a Designated Safeguarding and Prevent Officer across college, making appropriate referrals to outside agencies To lead and manage the online reporting system for safeguarding, regularly reviewing its impact, suggesting changes, and implementing future.
