Our client, is seeking a Project Manager - Technical to join their team on a contract basis. This dynamic role involves managing key projects particularly focusing on estate management and facilities management. Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities, you will be integral in providing technical advice on property and construction across various capital and facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing expert technical advice on property and construction projects
Managing allocated capital and facilities projects across the entire school estate
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders including town planners, architects, and contractors
Maintaining thorough documentation and reporting for project progress and outcomes
Implementing best practices in estate and facilities management
Overseeing compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborating with the Head of Estates and Facilities to align project objectives with organisational goals
Job Requirements:
Experience in estate management and facilities management
Strong understanding of town planning and technical aspects of construction
Proven track record in project management within similar sectors
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
Relevant qualifications in project management, estate management, or a related field
