About the Role
- We are expanding our Key Account Manager team in Ireland and Wales, please do indicate which is your preference when applying.
In Ireland the successful candidate will have successful experience in Primary care, while in Wales it is essential the successful candidate has NHS relationships in South Wales.
The Key Account Manager manages sales for defined private and NHS accounts and serves as the primary liaison between those customers and Besins Healthcare UK.
This position focuses on building customer alliances, establishing and maintaining product differentiation and achieving short- and long-term sales objectives.
The role focuses on identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions, establishing the basis for professional, partnership based relationships between our customers and BHUK.

Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve stretching targets for the continued growth of your portfolio.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of NHS structures and strategies to demonstrate a drive towards partnership working with our NHS colleagues and develop account plans aligned to this aim.
(Wales) Maintain an extensive knowledge of HSE/ICGP structures and strategies, demonstrating a drive towards partnership working with our HSE/ICGP colleagues and develop plans aligned to this aim (Ireland) Maintain a superior level of product and market knowledge to accomplish territory objectives Strengthen and expand current valued customer relations and building new ones through the utilization of a variety of virtual and face to face channels.
Identify opportunities to develop and implement effective professional and patient education programmes support our partnerships with the key accounts Devise, propose and implement innovative commercial policies to win and maintain business.
Manage the territory budget and accurately report budget activity to your management
