Religious Education (RE) Teacher – Secondary School in Oldham (ASAP Start)
Are you an enthusiastic and passionate RE teacher looking for an exciting new role? We are seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Oldham with an immediate or January 2025 start.
Role Overview:
* Full-time RE teaching position.
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
* Encourage students to explore and understand diverse religious beliefs and ethical issues.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and tolerance.
* Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
* A passion for promoting the importance of religious understanding in today’s world.
* A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
