Furniture Specialist - Beds Studio As a Furniture Specialist within our luxury Beds Studio, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £30,160 commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants. Our Beds Studio is a space in store that hosts some of the most iconic brands in the world of luxury beds. Here we partner with every customer, build sustainable relationships and are product experts. As luxury home décor enthusiasts, our Furniture Specialists have an eye for detail and product specifications, are passionate about exceptional customer service, and are confident using technology (emails, MS Excel etc.). About the Role Our Furniture Specialists are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. Our Beds department is about partnering with every customer, understanding what they require to the smallest detail. We build sustainable relationships with customers, being product experts and at the forefront of what’s hot right now - working with some of the most luxurious and high-end brands to ensure customers come back time and again. About You You will have an avid interest for luxury home industry. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. You will also: Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly. Have prior experience working within the luxury beds industry Be able to build relationships with clients, suppliers and other vendors. Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively. Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
