Overview
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Reservation Agent to join our growing team! This role will focus on handling inbound and outbound reservation calls for Multiple Properties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing booking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in hospitality reservations or sales.
Responsibilities
Guest Outreach & Retention
* Personalize communications based on guest history and preferences to build loyalty and increase future stays.
* Conduct warm calls to potential guests to generate new business for assigned properties.
* Answer incoming reservation inquiries, providing expert knowledge on availability, rates, promotions, and special packages.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest questions and concerns while assisting with the booking process.
* Upsell rooms, amenities, and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
* Complete outbound reservations calls to follow up with guests regarding potential bookings.
Data Tracking & Reporting
* Maintain detailed call logs using Revinate CSR System, ensuring all guest interactions are properly recorded and followed up.
* Keep an organized list of contacted guests, tracking responses and booking outcomes for performance reporting.
Team Collaboration & Best Practices
* Work closely with team members to share successful strategies for increasing reservations and guest satisfaction.
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving guest retention, marketing outreach, and overall reservation processes.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in reservations, customer service, or sales (hospitality or resort industry preferred).
* Familiarity with reservation systems such as Revinate, Sabre Voice, or Marriott Empower is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation platforms.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and sales goals.
