About The Role Are you an exceptional administrator with a passion for supporting senior leaders in driving organisational success? HARP, a leading homelessness charity in Southend-on-Sea, is looking for a proactive and people-focused Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative support to our CEO and the wider Executive team. This dynamic role involves working closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and senior leaders across the organisation, ensuring smooth operations by managing high-level meetings, coordinating governance processes, and supporting HR-related administration. As an Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of the organisation, playing a crucial role in organising Board and sub-committee meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring the team meets its governance obligations. Youll also help support the CEO on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are maintained. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience supporting senior executives, and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and effectively. This role offers a competitive salary, starting at £34,909 and rising to £39,261, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
