Purpose of the role: The Post Test Analysis Technician will be responsible for inspection and disassembly of Ceres products that have completed testing to extract maximum value and insights to feedback to the Engineering function and wider Ceres business to continuously improve product quality, a critical area of the business. The role sits in the Mechanical Engineering team and supports Ceres in the development of its fuel cell technology. Key Accountabilities: • Receive, review and discuss work requests. • Carry out internal and external inspections of tested units. • Methodically dissemble and carefully inspect fuel cell systems. • Manage the storage and archive of tested hardware for further examination or re-use. • Identification of potential failure modes by gathering and collating evidence in logical and easily referenced formats. • Conduct detailed inspections of balance of plant and stacks. • Meticulously record results and report findings. • Work closely with the Engineering design team and fuel cell scientists to review and discuss evidence and findings. • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and adhere to all safety procedures.
