Key Responsibilities
* Support the Regulatory Compliance function with ensuring the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring framework and drive compliant behaviour
* Creation of compliance management information for use with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring the Compliance assurance monitoring schedule is fulfilled
* Line Management responsibility for Compliance Assurance team
* Responsible for supporting the Group with regulatory changes
* Provide assurance to the Group that the Group is meeting its regulatory requirements
* Deliver enhancements to current compliance procedures
* Support the fulfilment of Subject access requests across the Group
* Ensure that the Group delivers good customer outcomes to its customers
* Compliance assurance call monitoring
What You'll Need
* Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations and how they apply to Retail firms
* Ability to build relationships across the Group
* Attention to detail ensuring accurate data reporting and an alignment to brand guidelines
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
* Ability to provide guidance, support and feedback to the business areas
