As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing planning project work, which will involve; initial site appraisals, the preparation of written reports and statements and submission of planning applications, researching local planning policy and supporting junior members of the team. The role will also involve attending site visits, meeting and negotiating with Planning Officer’s and any stakeholders involved in the planning application process. You will be required to present at planning committees and appeal hearings. About you: A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in a planning role Experience in the preparation and managing various planning applications Knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies High standards of written and verbal communication Ambitious, self motivated but also a genuine team player A keen interest in the full land and planning process Full UK driving license
