About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in the classroom, supporting children with SEMH needs to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored one-on-one and small-group support to pupils. Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, fun, and adaptable lessons. Encouraging positive behavior and fostering pupils’ social and emotional growth. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their individual needs.
