Your role, if you choose the challenge it will be to finalise the architecture & delivery of the web app but to implement new technologies alongside the backend and mobile app developers. So the product, think of Tinder for construction workers, but on a large scale, we’re feeding into blue chip construction firms in the UK and worldwide for large-scale projects for employers to find skilled workers without the hassle and cost of a traditional agency. Our tech consists of: Backend: Python Django PostgreSQL Swagger Front end (web platform): AngularJs 1.x REST APIs HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap NodeJS Android platform: Android SDK 6.0 Retrofit The Server host is: AWS Requirements Fluent in AngularJS Strong relational web design and query optimisation skills Good technical communication/specification writing skills 4-year degree Computer Science or equivalent 3 years of professional experience as a developer Responsibilities: Write high-performance Python code. Collaborate with the product to create new features. Create new algorithms and optimise existing code. Drive quality by writing automated unit tests.
