Outsourcing Contract and Commercial Lead
Location: London, Norwich, York or Bristol based
Salary circa £80,000 (national) circa £90,000 (London) - depending on experience

A bit about the job:
This role is crucial for managing the strategic outsourced partners contracted services to Aviva UK Life, ensuring robust contract management and generating optimum commercial outcomes. You will be the contract subject matter expert, collaborating with various internal teams and supporting performance escalations. Your work will drive commercial opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring Aviva realizes the contracted benefits.

* Proven track record in leading and managing complex negotiations
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities
* Experience in developing complex supplier agreements

What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary around £80,000 (National) - £90,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
* Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
