We are recruiting for a Director of Operations to manage and develop the delivery of IFM services across a large scale customer portfolio. The client base includes retail, leisure, FMCG, commercial and corporate estate. You will be responsible for a number of key areas
* Leading a large multi disciplinary service team
* Identifying commercial opportunities and driving contract growth
* Managing and developing customer relationships
* Ensuring contractual compliance
* Working wit the sales function to identify new customer markets
* Upskilling and developing the management team
* Utilising data, BI and technology to drive performance
We are looking for an exceptionally customer facing lead, you must be able to operate at the most senior (board) level and have experience of managing high volume FM services. You must have had financial accountability for a large P&L, 50mil+.
