About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Services Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead our catering services, working closely with our Facility Services and Civic Management team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring seamless delivery of menus and events.
* To lead a team of chefs and catering assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards are maintained.
* To work closely with clients to understand their requirements, tailoring menus and services to meet their needs.
* To develop and implement new menu ideas, improving the overall culinary experience for our customers.
Requirements
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
* Proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
