What project we have for you
ServiceNow CSM Lead Developer will be responsible for end-to-end delivery or support of mid-scale ServiceNow CSM initiatives, supervising a mid-size team of external ServiceNow developers
What you will do
* Ensure quality of technical deliverables by Outsourced Dev team (5 developers), adherence to best practices for security, performance, health, UX, integration.
* Perform Peer reviews for developments performed Outsourced Dev team.
* Sign off at the key quality gates (solution design, move to QA, move to PROD etc.).
* Ensure technical readiness of the solution for future operational support and ensure successful transition from the project team to the operational support.
* Main point of contact for any Platform-related matters; dispatch all platform-related request and changes to the GCC Admin team.
* Develop some Stories if capacity permits.
What you need for this
* University, college degree, or education in computer science.
* 5+ years of IT working experience, including solid work experience in multinational companies.
* 4+ years of experience in managing major enterprise-scale implementations of ServiceNow. solutions, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers.
* Strong experience in managing outsourced service providers and project management.
* Strong experience in Platform Governance, DevOps and Agile Delivery.
* Ability to establish and maintain the development of lifecycle processes, like release strategy, cutover and rehearsal plans, quality gates, testing, data governance, and operational support standards, etc.
* Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM developments, Platform Architecture and integration capabilities.
* Good understanding of IT Processes and frameworks like VeriSM, ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, etc.
* Good Team leadership capabilities and management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to keep strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate and deliver executive presentations to senior management.
* Ability to deliver on time, challenge project managers, and follow up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified.
* Fluent English written and spoken.
