Being hands on with the design, build and test of products. Working to deadlines and schedules. Maintaining good version control. Responsible for controlling personal workload and identifying any further resource need. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications and Requirements : 10 years industry experience OR BEng Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of experience. Ability to demonstrate previous product development from concept through to production. Proficiency with microcontroller programming (PIC, ARM, Atmel AVR) Proficiency in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART. Ethernet advantageous. Proficiency with communications protocols and suitable hardware would be desirable. Experience with IoT & LoRa desirable. Self-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ADZN1_UKTJ
