This role requires proficiency in SIMS software and the ability to manage a busy front office with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
* Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
* Communication Coordination: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries efficiently to the relevant departments.
* Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties, including updating school records, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily operations.
* SIMS Expertise: Use SIMS software to manage student attendance, update data, and produce reports.
