Accounts Payable Clerk, Lincoln

Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a lovely organisation in Lincoln to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. High-volume invoice processing
2. Processing of expenses
3. Dealing with supplier queries/statements
4. Reconciliations
5. Updating the supplier list/banking information
What you'll need to succeed
You will need recent and relevant accounts payable/invoice processing experience gained in a busy finance office. You will have great teamwork and communication skills, and a fast, efficient, and accurate inputting history. You will have good IT and Excel skills. You will be available to start work within a month and be living in close commute of Lincoln, as the role is office-based a minimum of 2 days a week.
