We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team, specifically supporting Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS). KMMS is a partnership between the University of Kent, Canterbury Christ Church University and Kent and Medway healthcare providers, created to be a beacon for first-class medical education and research. Partnering with KMMS, you will help shape, develop and deliver people management priorities, driving a high-performance culture. You will support KMMS achieve its strategic objectives working collaboratively with both Universities and our NHS partnerships. As People Partner you can expect to be involved in: Delivery of a holistic suite of HR services and improve and streamline HR policies and processes Support and develop relationships between KMMS and its NHS partners Lead on key KMMS HR projects Develop, oversee and implement workforce planning objectives Play a pro-active role in the management of a range of employee relations issues and assist in the resolution of HR What will you bring to the role? CIPD level 7 or equivalent and demonstrable experience Extensive experience of providing generalist HR guidance and support Recent experience of partnering with senior management Experience of managing change and influencing and enhancing organisational culture.
