about the position of Process Engineering Manager
As Process Engineering Manager, you will report to the Technical Director and lead a team of engineers in driving new product introductions. You'll collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to implement continuous improvements and oversee process qualification, verification, and validation for high-tech measurement products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Process Engineering team’s daily activities.
Drive new product launches and process improvements.
Manage process development, validation, and verification.
Train staff on new processes and manage pre-production builds.
Automate processes and implement robotics.
Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and assist in audits. Essential Skills
Leadership experience in engineering.
Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong validation and verification experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
Willingness to travel. Desirable Skills
Electronics assembly and CE/EMC compliance knowledge.
Experience with MRP systems, SPC, CNC, and injection moulding.
Medical device and cleanroom experience. What's in it for you:
