About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive People Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across all aspects of People Operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services with precision and professionalism.
You will be a key player in managing onboarding, the employment lifecycle, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance processes, consistently upholding exceptional standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Additionally, you’ll take ownership of the People and Culture ticketing system, ensuring employee queries are promptly addressed to deliver a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Onboarding and Employment Checks
* Facilitate onboarding processes, including employment, DBS, and right-to-work checks.
* Administer sponsorship-related documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
* Support monthly payroll processes by preparing accurate data and liaising with payroll providers.
* Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely enrolment, updates, and communication to staff.
HR Administrative Support
* Provide support across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
* Maintain and update HR systems with accurate employee data.
* Prepare and manage employment documentation, such as contracts, letters, and policies.
People and Culture Ticketing System
* Manage the People and Culture ticketing system, ensuring all employee queries are handled in line with SLA targets.
* Provide timely responses and resolutions to improve the employee experience and address concerns effectively.
Data and Reporting
* Manage and report on HR data, including headcount, turnover, and absence metrics.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards in all HR data management.
Policies and Compliance
* Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping and proactive monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to HR technology.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proven experience in people operations, particularly in payroll, benefits, and employment checks.
* Experience managing HR systems and administrative processes.
The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
* Short call with a member of the Talent team
* 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
* Final Interview and task with two members of the team
