Position Summary Why Join our Team? We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our highly dynamic and driven MX (Mobile Experience) division (smartphone, tablet, laptop and wearable products). This role is an exciting opportunity, working within a successful team with one of our largest customers (Amazon). You will play a key role in supporting the leadership of Samsung’s engagement within our customer and drive business through data and insights. Role and Responsibilities Your Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping to make clear and sound recommendations on how the team can deliver sales and growth opportunities, whilst supporting the team to ensure we have a strong strategic partnership with our customer. The role requires building and developing key relationships both internally and externally, as well as having the ability to run complex sets of data, to help the team make informed commercial decisions and drive existing and new business opportunities. You will own a key category (Smartphone) within the MX division and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles Using Amazon Brand Analytics and third party Amazon tools (i.e. Stackline), you will need to keep the business informed on latest & projected performance, support the Account Director to measure actuals vs. plan (gross / net revenue, share, sell out) and react and adapt accordingly to ensure targets are achieved. Using a data driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives as aligned with Amazon. Continual UX adjustments / AB testing of Amazon functionality to drive conversion – we’re looking for someone who can really ‘think big’ Stepping up to cover in the absence on the Account Director with internal and external partners. You will own all internal relationships with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance & Accounts receivable: Sales Operations - support with forecasting using internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner Supply Chain – Delivery of internal management plan Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and coordinate the finance claims processes To build key contacts in the business (including our European Office and HQ) to support the team. Working closely with the Samsung Amazon team, you will plan the agreements and Go to Market tools to ensure our commercial objectives are met: Being a part of annual commercial negotiations and JBP. Supporting the Omni-Channel Marketing Manager with market leading ‘go to market’ strategies for new devices & utilising the wider Samsung teams to maximise consumers’ positive experience with Samsung devices. Other Responsibilities include: Attend weekly cross functional account meetings internally and externally. Attendance of weekly sales and supply chain/sales operations meetings to raise issues which affect customers and our strategy.
