HR Officer
Full-time | Permanent | Ballymoney
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 (Based on experience)
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (Part-time hours will be considered)

About The Role
Required Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years' demonstrable work experience in an HR role.
* Must hold a CIPD Accredited Diploma (Minimum Level 3).
* Demonstrated understanding of HR legislation and compliance.
* Proven ability to maintain a secure and confidential working environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively and meet deadlines
* Ability to present information clearly and appropriately to all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume tasks within deadlines
* Strong understanding of relevant employment law.
* Demonstrable use of initiative, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused approach
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desired Criteria
* Experience with HR software and systems.
* Advanced CIPD qualifications (Level 5 or above)
