COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.
As Executive Assistant, the role provides administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organising travels,, outside meetings, and handling confidential communications. You will assist with the planning and execution of various projects and initiatives with in the hotel.
What you will do:
* Liaising with the relevant department heads to support with projects and execution of initiative in a timely manner
* Build and maintain a reliable and trusting working relationship within the team, internal departments and external clients
* Manage and maintain schedules, optimising use of time and balancing constantly changing diary commitments
* Communicating & contacting guests and suppliers on behalf of the managing director
* Arrange purchase orders, track invoices and payments
* Process and submit expenses
* Undertake a range of department specific tasks
* Deal appropriately with a range of internal and external correspondence/enquiries by mail, e-mail and telephone
Who you are:
* Experience as a PA/EA within the hospitality industry
* Extremely organised and detail orientated
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to adapt your communication style with various individuals
* Successfully manage multiple expectations in a fast paced environment
* Assertive and confident with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude
* You have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
