We are looking for experienced Digital Portfolio Managers to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.
As a Digital Project Manager, you'll manage the delivery of multiple complex, high impact projects and make sure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Our teams use fresh ideas and leading-edge tech to build and maintain digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, every day and at key moments in their lives.
The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
Our application process includes both a technical statement and a personal statement. This is your opportunity to showcase clear examples and evidence of how you meet the following:
Technical statement:
* Experience of managing technical change programmes for large complex IT systems and advanced understanding of the project management lifecycle and experience of leading project deliveries end-to-end, often managing the delivery of several projects simultaneously.
Personal Statement:
* Experience in a large-scale digital project delivery role, managing high impact, high risk projects, across the entire project lifecycle or managing a portfolio of projects within a programme over the entire programme lifecycle.
* Demonstrable history of making and justifying significant decisions characterised by high levels of risk, impact, and complexity.
* Experience of managing complex stakeholder environments and relationships, resolving strategic risks, issues, and conflicts.
* Strong experience of delivering projects whilst utilising external and internal suppliers. Maintaining strict adherence to contractual agreements, ensuring maximum value for money.
* Experience of leading effective collaboration across organisational boundaries and differing perspectives. Setting the priorities for the programme and supporting other members of the Digital Project Manager community.
