We are recruiting for a Client in West Bromwich who require an experienced Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Duties of the Bookkeeper will include: Assisting with Purchase and Sales Ledger tasks, entering of invoices and receipts, reconciliation of accounts and assisting with credit control. Preparation of Vat Returns Balance Sheet Reconciliations Bank Reconciliation Cash Day Book / Cash Reconciliations Key Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and people skills Xero Accounting Software Adequate Excel Skills Implementing and Monitoring controls within the business Salary up to £28,000 pa DOE.
